Phil,

Thanks for the response. I really like doing it on the skin because it was so amazing to see how long it took (or how quick) to disappear. Last night, it took longer, which is a good sign. I am not a doctor, but to me it makes more sense to go through the skin rather than to go through the digestive process, but that is just a guess.

Do you know anyone using this for anxiety or depression? For my whole life I have been fighting very severe anxiety, where it would come on so strong at times it makes it impossible to work or concentrate on anything. I even sometimes become suicidal, only because the hurt is so bad and I crave a relief. I had to drop out of college because of it. However for the past several days I have been on the iodine, I do notice a difference, I only used the iodine for the past few days and that is where I noticed the biggest difference.
