My name is Nikki. I'm 19 years old and a busy college student. With
all the stress that comes with school and having to deal with an
irregular menstrual cycle since the starting of my periods, which
brought ridiculous back pains, cramping and migraines, I was in need of
anything that would help. With my G-moms help I ended up at Dr. Russ's
office and with a short office visit and a few miracle touches by Dr.
Russ, I have never felt so good. I was surprised when my period came
since I had no cramping or migraines. I also had anxiety from school
and wouldn't sleep at night and Dr. Russ taught me an amazing procedure
that he referred to as the "blanket," and with that I can be asleep in
minutes. I have also told others about the blanket and it worked for
